A veteran in the world of consumer goods, Shelly Fiumani’s background includes business law, product development, sourcing and licensing. Shelly’s career began at the Hamilton Company, where she built licensing deals with top companies such as Paramount, Lucas Films, Warner Brothers and the Walt Disney Company. Thirteen years later, Disney recruited Shelly Fiumani to oversee their art, gift and collectibles catalog. She eventually moved into Disney Consumer Products where she was the Global Director of Licensing for the Art, Gift and Collectible business for seven years.
Shelly Fiumani then moved to Diageo LLC, the world’s largest spirit/alcohol company, to oversee retail marketing activities for their licensed products (such as Guinness, Captain Morgan, and Baileys). As President of Pin USA, she oversees corporate finance, sales/marketing, and focuses on strategic planning and new business development in concert with the CEO.
