  • Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
    Shopping online at pinusa.com is extremely safe. Our site is protected by Verisign, ensuring the highest level of security for online transactions. Your information is transmitted via a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which encrypts all of your personal information as it comes to us through the internet. You can verify that your connection is secure by looking for a lock (include image) in the lower frame of your browser, or by checking the URL, which will begin with "https:".

    We accept Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®.

  • Are there other ways to pay?
    You may also pay by check or money order. Simply select this option in the "payment" stage of checkout and mail your payment to: 425 South Flower Street, Burbank, CA 91502. Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within seven business days.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Pin USA collects applicable sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California only, based on the tax rate for the county to which the items are shipped. The sales tax is estimated at the time you place your online order. This estimate is meant to give you a reasonable estimate of the total cost of your order. Due to the many different tax rates in California, the estimated tax may vary from the actual tax charged on your order. The actual sales tax will be calculated and your order total adjusted by our backend processing system. You will be notified of the exact amount charged to your account in the invoice shipped with your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

    For your convenience, you may choose from US Mail/UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.

  • When will my order ship?
    All orders placed before noon PST are shipped within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by a customer service representative and given the option to place the order on backorder or to cancel the order. If you choose to continue, and have multiple items in the order, the available items will be shipped immediately and the backordered items shipped at our expense when they become available.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Once the item has left our warehouse, a package sent via standard shipping will typically take approximately 5-10 days to arrive. Keep in mind that our warehouse is in Southern California, so transit time will vary depending on your proximity. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), so please be aware that Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by noon PST in order to be shipped the same business day.

  • Do you ship outside the US?
    Yes, we ship around the world. We use a variety of carriers and the rates vary widely depending on the destination. Your packages may also be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. CHANGING/CANCELLING AN ORDER

  • Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed?
    You may change or cancel your order at any time up until the item has been shipped, no later than 48 hours after it is placed. Please call 1-866-4PINUSA (1-866-474-6872) and we will be happy to assist you with this.

  • How long does it take for a custom pin order?
    You will receive samples of your pin within 3 weeks of the time you place the order, and an additional 3-4 weeks for production. If you do not wish to receive samples, you will receive your completed order within 3-4 weeks total. If you choose to take advantage of our design services, it may take an additional 3-4 days for creative development.
